Is the software bugged? Is it something I did(technically all I did was plug the devises in and install Synapse 3). Reading through the forums, I see a lot of people having issues with it and have tried some of the fixes others have used, but with no luck for me. Right-click on Synapse processes and select the end task to eliminate these processes. ![]() The 3 devices are running the Spectrum visualizer, but I believe that is by default. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open your Task Manager. I'm good with PC but not a super pro either. Ensure your Windows OS and Razer Synapse 3 are updated. I've tried multiple remedies from updating drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and software, clearing temp folders, everything. ![]() I can't even open the program anymore, click on it and nothing, run as administrator and nothing. Fast forward a few days, Synapse 3 has stopped working completely. First, press the Windows key + R to input an appwiz.cpl command into the Run dialog, and select the OK option to open Programs and Features. I loved it, except that the ManO'War isn't supported through Synapse 3 but not a big deal. Upon plugging in my new gear (Cynosa Chroma, Basilisk, Tartarus V2, and ManO'War which I already had) Synapse 3 was installed and running perfect. Not sure if this helps.I have recently bought all new hardware and decided to make the switch from Corsair to Razer. Here is a screenshot of what happens when I start to try to run Razer Synapse 3. ![]() I do get a command prompt kind of pop up. When I try to open it now (I have down a system restore yet, haven't had the time). None of the settings on the ENHANCEMENT tab are working. I have had something pop up with Razer lately. Before the latest update of X, THX was working properly, and after making the update, the THX green light on the controller does not even light up. Note: Mac OS is not supported in Synapse 3. If you open the generated zip file, you will be able to upload individual files however as they will be small enough. The Razer guys on here will ask you to upload it via a shared folder. Mjcouchman Did it install okay with no errors, or did the popup occur during the installation part? As in, not once it finished and wants to start Synapse? The log file creator you ran generates quite a large file (too big to upload here). I do believe a system restore will more than likely fix your problem, as the issue does sound like it's a software problem and not a hardware issue. You could also try doing an SFC repair ( heres a link to a page describing how to do that - just the SFC part, don't worry about the DISM part). It may be just something like a C++ SDK that needs repairing, which is easier than restoring your system. I can see if they will show which dependency has failed. Note: If 'MACRO' is missing from the options at the top of Synapse, see the answer below for instructions on how to restore it.
